VirTex Petroleum Co. Inc. has retained Albrecht & Associates Inc. to sell the North Gold River Field, Olmos Trend, Webb County, Texas. Current net production is 1.5 million cubic feet per day. Net proved reserves are 9.1 billion cubic feet of gas and 7,000 barrels of oil, while net proved developed reserves are 5.1 billion cubic feet of gas and 3,000 barrels of oil.
