U.S. Energy Development Corp. retained Detring Energy Advisors to sell its core Delaware Basin leasehold and related assets located in Lea and Eddy counties, N.M. The asset includes 1,946 net acres (100% HBP), of which 23% is operated and 77% is nonoperated, with 220 boe/d net production and a projected $1.8 million operating cash flow (PDP next 12 months).
