Unit Petroleum Co. retained The Oil & Gas Asset Clearinghouse to sell the Nipple Peak Field (operated) in Coke County, Texas, in its Sept. 10 auction.

The assets has 25 gross bbl/d of oil, 12 gross Mcf/d and average net income of $37,000 per month.

Onsite bidding will begin at 10 a.m. at the Sheraton North Houston Hotel located at 15700 JFK Blvd. in Houston.
