An undisclosed company retained Simon Energy Associates LLC to sell producing mineral interest in the Prather area of the Permian Basin in Howard and Martin counties, Texas. The offer comprises 1,365.3 gross acres and also 507.84 net mineral acres and 889.73 net royalty acres. The assets include 13 producing vertical wolfberry wells with average daily production of 78 gross (4.5 net) bbl/d of oil and 304 gross (19 net) Mcf/d of gas and average net income of about $7,570 per month. Primary horizontal objectives are the Middle Spraberry, Lower Spraberry, Wolfcamp A, Wolfcamp B and Cline and operators include SM Energy Co., Encana Oil & Gas (USA) Inc., Callon Petroleum Co., Endeavor Energy Resources LP and Linn Operating Inc.
