PLS Inc. has been retained by three undisclosed sellers to market their Niobrara acreage in the Southern DJ Basin in Colorado.

The package includes 100% operated working interest (80% net revenue interest) in approximately 56,000 net acres in Douglas, Elbert, El Paso and Arapahoe counties. The main targets are the Niobrara, Codell, Greenhorn and DJ sands.

Some the land tracts are near the Lowry bombing range. Offset players in the region include Chesapeake Energy, Anadarko Petroleum, ConocoPhillips and Ultra Petroleum.
