Touchwood Resources LLC has retained Albrecht & Associates to sell overriding royalty interests in the oil window of the South Texas Eagle Ford shale.
The package includes 12.5% ORRI in 10,161 acres in northeastern Dimmit County. The interest is for all rights below the base of the San Miguel formation. The assets are operated by Chesapeake Energy Corp.
The assets currently have no wells producing below the San Miguel. All acreage is held-by-production by the Big Wells Lower San Miguel Unit/Field currently operated by Texas American Resources Co.
