Titan Transloading LLC has formed a joint venture with Lansing Trade group LLC to operate and manage an oilfield services company in the Permian Basin.

Titan Lansing Transloading LLC, as the joint venture is known, combines Titan’s experience in transloading frac sand and crude oil with Lansing’s marketing and capital strengths.

Currently, TLT operates two transload operations located in Lubbock and Levelland, Texas, where it primarily stores and transloads frac sand and transloads crude oil. In the coming months, TLT plans to expand its facility footprint in the Permian Basin of West Texas to support ongoing growth in this sector.

Shannon Himango, president and cofounder of Titan Transloading LLC, noted, “This is an area of heightened oil and gas drilling activity where frac sand and crude oil transloading services are in high demand and we are well positioned to
support this growth.”

Bill Krueger, chief executive of Lansing Trade Group, said, “The strategy behind this investment speaks to Lansing’s focus to invest in markets and geographies which offer growth opportunities and leverage our experience in the energy space. We are excited about the possibilities available to Lansing through this partnership.”

Titan Transloading is based in Levelland, Texas.
