The Foundation is offering overriding royalty interest of 2.5% in the South Fuhrman Mascho Unit located in portions of Sections 5, 8, 9, 15, 16, 17, Block 10, University School Lands Survey, Andrews County, Texas.

The operator for the properties is Sandridge Exploration and Production LLC, based in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. The 8/8ths production for the last six months includes 646 barrels of oil per day and 672 thousand cubic feet (Mcf) per day during the last six months.

The average 10-month net cash flow from the assets is $49,881 per month.
