Texas HBP LLC has retained The Oil & Gas Asset Clearinghouse to offer interests in the Eagle Ford shale oil window in Maverick County, Texas, in a negotiated transaction.
The package includes a total 9,066 gross acres on Chittim Ranch, with 87.5% working interest in 3,506 gross acres and 71.5% working interest in 5,660 gross acres. Oil shows in nine zones above the Glen Rose including the Eagle Ford shale, McKnight and Georgetown formations. Three wells have been drilled and cased with seven-inch casing.
