Tailwind VC LLC, Contra VC LLC and David H. Smith have retained Meagher Oil and Gas Properties Inc. to divest its horizontal coalbed-methane producing properties and leasehold in the Arkoma Basin, Haskell and Pittsburgh counties, Okla. The properties, which consist of 94 producing wells, are operated by Williams Production Midcontinent Co., have daily production of 15.5 million cubic feet gross and 6.1 million cubic feet net.
