Outrigger Energy II LLC announced the sale of DJ Basin midstream system in Weld County, Colo. to Summit Midstream Partners LP on Dec. 1. Summit Midstream in addition acquired infrastructure from Sterling Energy Investments LLC, Grasslands Energy Marketing LLC and Centennial Water Pipelines LLC for a total of approximately $305 million in cash.
