Suemaur Exploration & Production LLC has retained The Oil & Gas Asset Clearinghouse to sell assets in South Texas in a special negotiated offer. The package includes a 59% to 100% working interest (42% to 76% net revenue interest) in operated interests, a 19% working interest (15% net revenue interest) in nonoperated interests and 12 producing wells (seven operated) in Willacy, Hidalgo and Brazoria counties.
