The Colorado State Land Board retained EnergyNet to sell 75 tracts covering 34,772.39 net mineral acres in Adams, Arapahoe, Elbert, La Plata, Lincoln, Morgan and Weld counties.

The offer includes a Niobrara Shale contiguous acreage opportunity in the Denver-Julesburg Basin in Weld.

Bidding opens at 9 CT Nov. 10, and closes at 9 a.m. CT Nov. 17.
