Shiningbank Energy Ltd.

Shiningbank Energy Ltd. has retained Rundle Energy Partners to sell certain assets in Alberta. The package includes a 53% average working interest in 158,188 gross acres and a 46% average working interest on 68,454 gross undeveloped acres in the northwestern Alberta, Windfall/Winterburn, Paddle River, Lochend, southeastern Alberta, central Alberta and Coutts areas. Production is 5.5 million cubic feet of gas and 356 barrels of liquids per day.
