Sanchez Oil & Gas Corp. has retained The Oil & Gas Asset Clearinghouse to sell certain leases and options to lease in the Eagle Ford shale oil window in South Texas in a negotiated transaction.

The package includes 13,427 gross acres (11,348 net) in contiguous blocks with long primary terms in Atascosa, Frio and Zavala counties. Net revenue interest is 75%.
