Regal Petroleum Plc

Regal Petroleum Plc has retained Tristone Capital Ltd. for the possible sale of its Ukrainian production licenses. The package includes a 100% working interest in the Mekhediviska- Golotvschinska and Svyrydivske fields. Production is 5.1 million cubic feet of gas and 450 barrels of condensate per day from four wells. Proved and probable reserves are 1 million barrels of oil equivalent.
