Quantum Properties Inc.

Quantum Properties Inc. has retained Riviera Energy Corp. to sell certain assets in Caldwell, Guadalupe and Wilson counties in Texas.

The package involves 100% working interest (76% net revenue interest) in 982 net acres held by production from the surface to the top of the upper Edwards formation. Other assets include 135 producing wells and six saltwater disposal wells. Production is 75 barrels of oil per day. Monthly net cash flow is $47,000.

The package also includes a related service company.
