Pocaterra Energy Inc., Calgary, (Toronto Venture: PCT) has retained Tristone Capital Inc. to examine strategic alternatives that may include acquisitions or the sale, merger, takeover or restructuring of Pocaterra. Pocaterra develops of oil and gas prospects in Alberta. Revenues, net of royalties, for 2005 were C$4.27 million, while net income for 2005 was C$438,000. Funds from operations for the year totaled C$2.4 million. Pocaterra's production during the fourth quarter of 2005 was some 308 barrels of oil equivalent per day.
