The package includes a 1.5% working interest (1.125% net revenue interest) in 6,230 gross and net acres in Andrews, Martin and Midland counties. The assets include 26 producing wells targeting the Spraberry and Wolfcamp formations operated by Henry Resources LLC. Upside includes 130 drilling locations. Monthly cash flow is $23,000.
