Patriot Resources Inc.

Patriot Resources Inc. has retained Simon Energy Associates LLC to sell certain operated assets in the Texas Panhandle.

The package includes 52.5% working interest (30.75% net revenue interest) in 120 acres in Anton-Irish and Lower Clearfolk fields in Hockley and Lamb counties. The assets feature three active wells targeting the Lower Clearfolk formation and one saltwater disposal well.

Production is 20.5 barrels of oil and 4,000 cubic feet of gas per day. Monthly cash flow is approximately $9,000.
