The package includes 75% working interest (54.125% net revenue interest) in 40 acres in Block A-2 Field in Pecos County. The assets feature one active well targeting the Ellenberger formation.
Production is 4.6 barrels of oil per day. Monthly cash flow is approximately $5,000.
