Optigas Inc.

Optigas Inc., a subsidiary of Ceritas Energy LLC, has retained Meagher Oil & Gas Properties Inc. to sell certain assets in Wyoming. The package includes a 20% average working interest in 19 producing and 10 dewatering wells on approximately 2,500 acres in the Powder River Basin in Johnson County. Production is 14.7 million gross cubic feet of gas per day (2.2 million net). Proved reserves are approximately 28.6 billion gross cubic feet (4.1 billion net).
