Norsk Hydro ASA

Norsk Hydro ASA has retained Scotia Waterous Inc. to sell certain interests in exploration licenses in Morocco and Mozambique and divest its entire working interest in one Nigerian exploration block. The Morocco assets includes up to 18.75% working interest in the Safi Offshore Nord Ouest license. The Mozambique assets include a 30% working interest in Area 2 and Area 5, consisting of 14,300 square kilometers.
