Noble Energy Inc. has retained Tudor, Pickering, Holt, & Co. to sell certain oil-focused producing and undeveloped assets in the Central Kansas Uplift.

The package includes producing assets in vertical wells across the Central Kansas Uplift and targets the Arbuckle, Mississippian and Lansing Kansas City formations.

Production is approximately 1,000 barrels of oil equivalent per day (100% oil) and is 100% operated. Proved developed reserves are approximately 8 million barrels equivalent and total resources are 15 million barrels equivalent.

The properties also contain undeveloped upside from vertical drilling into the Arbuckle, Mississippian and Lansing Kansas City formations.
