Ensley Properties Inc. is assisting with the sale of interests in Matagorda County, Texas. The Sargent South Field is 30 miles north of Matagorda Bay and six miles south of Brazoria County. The field has produced 35 billion cubic feet from 11 wells. The wells are operated with up to 100% working interest available. The leases have an average net royalty interest of 87.5%, all held by production. The acreage has one gas-producing well averaging 900,000 cubic feet per day. This package also includes 3,645 acres and 10 square miles of proprietary 3-D data. Two additional proved undeveloped locations at approximately 4,000 feet have been identified in the shallow Miocene, with additional potential in deeper targets down to 11,000 feet.
