Sayer Energy Advisors has been retained to sell certain assets in the Peace River Arch area of Alberta. The package includes prospects on 27,040 acres in the Randell, Utikuma, Culp, Slave, Dixonville, Joan, Talbot Lake and Hawk areas and at Judy Creek North and Swan Hills North with an overriding royalty to be paid to the vendor. The unrisked probable reserves are 12 million barrels of oil and 110 billion cubic feet of gas with at least one prospect with potential coalbed-methane.
