MCM Energy Partners LLC has retained EnergyNet.com Inc. to divest its Permian Basin leasehold acreage in Stonewall County, Texas through a sealed bid offering.
MCM Energy is selling 3,473.72 gross/net Permian leasehold acres whose lease has a primary term of three years expiring Jan. 4, 2015. The lease has a two-year extension option and requires 23% royalties. MCM has 100% working interest and a 77% net revenue interest in the acreage.
