Riverbend Oil & Gas VII LLC retained EnergyNet for the sale of nonop well package in Upton County, Texas, through an auction closing Dec. 15. The offering includes working interest in 23 producing wells operated by Apache Corp. and Pioneer Natural Resources Co. within the Midland Basin of the Permian.
