Sabine Oil & Gas retained RedOaks Energy Advisors as the exclusive adviser in connection with the sale of certain operated and nonoperated properties located in East Texas in Gregg and Harrison counties that includes Haynesville refrac opportunities. Sabine will retain all future development rights from the top of the Cotton Valley and below.
