Pedernales Petroleum has retained RedOaks Energy Advisors as the exclusive adviser in connection with the sale of certain operated and nonoperated properties located in East Texas and northern Louisiana. The position of 40,655 gross (25,929 net) acres (100% HBP) is focused primarily in Panola and Rusk counties and Red River Parish and includes 48 quantified behind pipe projects. Forecasted March net production is about 2.8 MMcfe/d (84% gas) with a projected next 12-month PDP net cash flow of $2.8 million.
