Multiple packages of producing minerals in the Scoop generating a cash flow of nearly $150,000 per month plus a surface tract are for sale in Oklahoma through a sealed-bid auction conducted by Schrader Real Estate and Auction Co.

The offer includes a portfolio of producing mineral interests in Oklahoma's Scoop oil window in Garvin, McClain and Grady counties with additional mineral interest in Roger Mills County, Okla. The six-month average cash flow for the assets is $148,841 per month. Select operators include Newfield Mid-Continent, Sheridan Production Co., Jones Energy, Apache Corp., Casillas Operating and Chaparral Energy.
