Caliber Resource Partners retained EnergyNet as the exclusive adviser to assist with the sale of certain oil and gas properties and related assets located in the Utica Shale in Ohio’s Monroe County being offered by CRP XII LLC. The offering comprises of nonop interest in eight producing horizontal Utica Shale wells operated by Southwestern Energy.

Bids are due by 4 p.m. CDT on Oct. 20.
