A confidential seller retained RedOaks Energy Advisors as the exclusive adviser in connection with the sale of certain minerals and royalties located in the Haynesville Shale across East Texas and northern Louisiana. The offering consists of 1,088 net royalty acres with 43 PDP wells and projected next 12-month net cash flow of $1.6 million. Primary operators include BP, Chesapeake Energy, Southwestern Energy and EXCO Resources.
