CHED Royalties Inc. retained RedOaks Energy Advisors as its exclusive adviser in connection with the sale of its Green River Basin overriding royalty interests (ORRI) primarily operated by Hilcorp Energy across Wyoming’s Lincoln, Sweetwater and Uinta counties.

Bids are due Sept. 9. The transaction is expected to have an Aug. 1 effective date.
