LBJ Partners LLC retained EnergyNet for the sale of an Eagle Ford and Austin Chalk opportunity that consists of nonoperated working interest and overriding royalty interest (ORRI) in the Duncan and Mills units located in Karnes County, Texas. The operator of the assets, which include 14 producing horizontal Eagle Ford wells and Six producing horizontal Austin Chalk wells, is EOG Resources Inc.
