De Terra LLC retained RedOaks Energy Advisors as the exclusive adviser in connection with the sale of certain mineral properties located in the Marcellus. The properties include 819 net mineral acres plus 10 horizontal producers with significant near-term development operated by Range Resources in Pennsylvania’s Washington County.

Bids are due Dec. 2. The transaction is expected to have a Dec. 1 effective date.
