Crimson Resources II LLC retained RedOaks Energy Advisors as the exclusive adviser in connection with the sale of certain operated properties located in the Eagle Ford in South Texas. The properties include a contiguous position split between La Salle and Frio counties, Texas covering 4,833 gross (2,145 net) acres (100% HBP), 57 horizontal producing wells and projected March net production of 360 boe/d (74% liquids).
