Butkin Oil Co. LLC retained RedOaks Energy Advisors as the exclusive adviser in connection with the sale of certain legacy operated conventional oil properties in southern Oklahoma’s Stephens and Carter counties. The offering includes 100% working interest and 77% net revenue interest in the properties, which are 100% HBP. Net production is 146 bbl/d of oil (100% oil) expected to generate a next 12-month PDP cash flow of $2.3 million.

Bids are due Sept. 21. The transaction is expected to have a Sept. 1 effective date.
