BlackBriar Royalty LP retained TenOaks Energy Advisors as its exclusive adviser in connection with the sale of mineral and overriding royalty interest properties located in the Austin Chalk and Eagle Ford​ Shale across Milam, Robertson and Burleson counties, Texas. The offering includes about 0,000 gross acres / ~15,800 net royalty acres and next 12-month PDP cash flow of $10 million.

Bids are due at noon CST on June 9. The transaction effective date is June 1.
