Alpine Gas Investors LP is offering for sale producing nonoperated working interest in a waterflood in Mississippi’s Jones County. The company has retained BOK Financial Securities as their exclusive adviser in connection with the sale. The offering of interests in the Parker Creek Hosston Unit (PCHU) includes six producing wells and two active injectors and is operated by AVAD Operating, which BOK Financial describes as an experienced Mississippi waterflood operator.
