MacLondon Royalty I LP

NEW, MacLondon Royalty I LP has retained Energy Spectrum Advisors Inc. to sell its producing and nonproducing minerals and royalties in Texas, Louisiana, Alabama, New Mexico and Oklahoma. The assets include more than 560 producing properties and 130 different operators in 150 field areas. Production is 70% gas, and included is an additional development opportunity on 9,905 net producing and nonproducing mineral/royalty acres.
