Laramie Energy II LLC has engaged Meagher Energy Advisors to market its interest in North Park Basin and in the Laramie Basin.

The Mustang Project in Jackson County, Colorado, includes 8,780 gross acres (about 7,985 net) in three prospective areas and has at least 30 horizontal drilling locations on 320-acre spacing. Laramie has 100% working interest and 85% net revenue interest in the region.

The acreage includes on producing well which is currently producing about 25 barrels of oil per day and 500,000 cubic feet per day of natural gas from a stimulated 2,800 foot lateral.

In addition, the Rawhide Prospect in nearby Laramie Basin includes 102,000 gross (85,150 net) acres in consolidated acreage blocks. The company has 100% working interest and an average 84% net revenue interest in the region. The lease expirations range from 2012 to 2021 with some acreage held by production.
