International Oil Lease Service Corp. and Liberty Petroleum Corp. have retained Meagher Oil & Gas Properties Inc. to divest a 0.7% overriding royalty interest in VIC/P45 offshore Gippsland Basin, Australia. The properties are in the Bass Straits offshore Victoria, on a 213,000-acre block. The properties are operated by BHP Billiton and have existing proven reserves.
