Indigo Minerals II LLC has retained BMO Capital Markets to sell certain assets in the Bakken and Three Forks trend areas of North Dakota and Montana.

The package includes 34 Bakken/Three Forks wells drilled on approximately 2,550 net mineral acres in the core area of the Williston Basin Bakken/Three Forks resource play. Interests include overriding royalty interest, unleased minerals, royalty interest in leased acreage and working interest participation with minerals.

Pro forma December 2011, net production is expected to be 135 barrels of oil equivalent per day from Bakken/Three Forks and Madison wells.

Upside includes AFEs received for six additional wells.
