Hilcorp Energy Co., Houston, partnership Hilcorp Energy I LP plans to sell noncore producing properties in Louisiana, Texas and Mississippi, including interests in the following fields: Bayou Bouillon, St. Martin Parish, La. (operator is Hilcorp); Crocodile Bayou, St. Martin Parish (Hilcorp); Frog Lake, Iberville Parish (Hilcorp); Kaplan, Vermilion Parish (Hilcorp); Potash, Plaquemines Parish (Hilcorp); Giddings, Brazos County, Texas (Anadarko); Giddings, Fayette County (Arrow & Swift); Giddings, Grimes County (Hilcorp); Live Oak Lake, Goliad On the Market County(Hilcorp); Pleasant Bayou, Brazoria County (Hilcorp); and Tallahala Creek, Smith County, Miss. (Hilcorp). Hilcorp's assets in these fields include interests in approximately 35 producing wells. In addition to proved producing reserves, significant proved developed nonproducing and proved undeveloped reserves are included in the package. Hilcorp is offering to sell these assets effective July 1, 2003. These assets will be sold through a negotiated sale. Technical data is available for review at Hilcorp's Houston office.
