Foundation Energy Management LLC has retained The Oil & Gas Asset Clearinghouse to sell 26,000 gross acres in the Denver-Julesburg Basin northern Colorado and western Nebraska.

The properties include 202 operated and 8 non-operated wells, with forecasted net production of 199 barrels of oil per day and 922 Mcf per day. The average working interest is 80% and the average net revenue interest is 66%.
