Dewbre Petroleum Corp. has retained The Oil & Gas Asset Clearinghouse to sell certain assets in the South Texas Eagle Ford oil window in a negotiated deal.

The package includes 2,005 gross acres in Atascosa County. The properties feature 42.093% working interest (28.992% net revenue interest) in two nonoperated wells. Wapiti Energy LLC is operator.

Estimated initial production on Peeler Ranch 2H is more than 500 barrels of oil per day. The well is currently flowing back. Projected gross production for April is 345 barrels of oil equivalent per day.

Upside includes 13 drilling locations, which feature 38.957% working interest (28.992% net revenue interest), and operational improvements with continued drilling.
