ConocoPhillips Extends Montney Shale Position with $375 Million Acquisition

Acquired 140,000 net acres located adjacent to its Montney position in the liquids-rich Inga-Fireweed field in Canada, adding over 1,000 well locations and about 15,000 boe/d; transaction includes assumption of $30 MM in financing obligations for associated partially owned infrastructure.
