Cape Energy has retained Tristone Capital Inc. to seek strategic alternatives for the company, including the sale of its assets offshore Australia and the Phillipines. The Australian assets include a 100% retention lease containing the Golden Beach gas field offshore Victoria. These assets are owned through Cape's subsidiary Cape Energy (Victoria) Pty Ltd. The Philippines assets include a farm-in into the northern half of Block C (the Galoc Block) under service contract SC- 14.
