Blue Flame Minerals LLC retained The Oil & Gas Asset Clearinghouse to sell a Fayetteville Mineral and Royalty Package (operated by BHP Billiton Ltd., Southwestern Energy Co. and XTO Energy Inc.) in various counties in Arkansas in its upcoming auction.

The package includes gross production of 242,106 Mcf/d and an average net income of $45,000/month.

Onsite bidding will begin at 9:30 a.m. on Nov. 12 at the Sheraton North Houston Hotel located at 15700 JFK Blvd. in Houston.
